I'm a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist based in Gloucester with 5+ years of experience across IT support and cloud operations. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Computer Networks from Birmingham City University and have built my career progressing from Desktop Support through to Cloud Engineering.
I'm passionate about infrastructure reliability, security, and automation. Whether it's patching servers, managing disaster recovery, or vulnerability and security management. I thrive on solving complex problems and keeping systems running smoothly. I'm also fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
