After 4+ years at Amag Technology I am now actively looking for my next role in cloud infrastructure or DevOps. It's been a great journey progressing from Technical Support through to Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, and I'm excited to bring that experience to a new challenge.

Led the upgrade of two critical internal systems at Amag Technology. This involved detailed research and planning to ensure a smooth transition, managing key considerations including backup and restore processes, system downtime, and communication with the teams who relied on these systems.
The project was delivered successfully with minimal disruption, and reinforced the importance of thorough preparation when making changes to production tooling.
Progressed from IT Site Engineer into a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist role at Amag Technology. This transition marked a significant step in my career, taking on full ownership of Azure VM management, server patching, disaster recovery planning, and on-call production support.
The role gave me hands-on experience across the full infrastructure stack — from deploying and monitoring environments to responding to incidents and supporting private hosted customers around the clock.
Contributed to a company-wide migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft, working as part of a team to set up test machines, convert devices to domain, and write guides for the transition process.
The project required careful coordination across departments and gave me valuable experience in large-scale infrastructure change management.
